We are looking for a Scrum Master with extensive experience in all core Scrum ceremonies to join our team Cebu City.
This is a hybrid role and would require successful candidates to be present onsite at least 3x a week.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and support our agile software development team as they build modern, cloud-first, asset management web applications. This role combines the servant-leader responsibilities of a Scrum Master with key aspects of a Business Analyst, particularly with user story definition and refinement. You will work closely with our Product Owner, developers, and QA engineers to promote agile principles and to ensure the team has a clear understanding of what needs to be built and why.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
Act as a servant leader to the team removing impediments, promoting self-organization, and fostering continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to groom and refine the backlog.
Ensure user stories are well-defined, clear, testable, and aligned to business objectives.
Encourage story decomposition, acceptance criteria development, and estimation best practices.
Partner with stakeholders to elicit and clarify requirements.
Track and communicate key metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts, sprint goals)
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile practices and mindset.
Drive collaboration between business and technical teams.
Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure that delivered features meet business goals and customer expectations through continuous feedback and validation.
Manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle and assess their impact on delivery.
About You
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a role with similar responsibilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (especially Scrum).
Proven experience writing, reviewing, and refining user stories and acceptance criteria.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or similar certification is a plus.
Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile tracking systems.
