Wastedge enables businesses to invoice faster, through the reduction of time spent on manual data entry for e.g. service confirmations. It has a powerful billing and invoicing engine, facilitating digital invoices (e-billing) and automated payment reminders.
Through AMCS Pay Wastedge has access to the latest payment technologies, enabling you to process Credit Card payments and/or generate Direct Debit files directly from outstanding invoices or bookings.
Wastedge provides better insight into outstanding debt, increased control over your debtors and helps you collect money quicker by keeping debt collection close to your operational system. Questions about invoices invariably relate to operational issues. Wastedge allows debtor clerks to drill down from an invoice in dispute to the service exception information in question, including images or notes of issues captured by the driver out in the field at the time of confirmation.
AR covers payment receipting, bank deposit lists, debit/credit adjustments and ATB Aged Trial Balance Review. Wastedge assists debtor clerks by adding reminders for debtor payment follow up and can email payment reminders. Customers over their credit limit can be set to auto-apply credit hold status or auto release on payment receipt. Our Accounts Receivable module can automatically reject new bookings that will take an account over its credit limit.
Wastedge can integrate with a variety of accounting packages including Quickbooks, Sage, MYOB, Xero, Greentree, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Cash, Twinfield and Exact.

The Wastedge Sales/CRM module is a powerful tool to enabling Sales reps to capture data about new prospects or opportunities for existing customers whilst on the road with a tablet or phone. It provides an easy to use, fully responsive, intuitive interface with map-based support, allowing a Sales rep to look up existing nearby customers or new prospects and mine prospect information using Google to pre-fill prospect information.
Wastedge CRM enables you to quote customers and prospects, digitally sign and email the signed agreement to customer or prospects all direct from the tablet or mobile phone. Pricing can be based on a standard price list with an ability for the Sales rep to override pricing.
Information is available real-time to the Sales rep and in the Wastedge back-end allowing Sales managers to review where reps are prospecting and review rep activity and call statistics anytime.
Prospects can directly be promoted to a Customer through a click of a button, eliminating the need for double data entry. Follow up reminders for Sales reps can inform them when to follow-up prospects, or Customer contracts that are due for renewal.
