ISO9001 and ISO14001

Gaining ISO9001 was an early achievement for the company and since then AMCS has built upon this certification standard and is now the holder of both ISO9001 and ISO14001. As a provider of weighing and identification solutions AMCS used its background in quality and process management to attain and receive MID approval for its current and previous weighing solution. AMCS was one of the first companies in the weighing and RFID market that was granted permission to self-certify its weighing systems at time of installation and has since been granted permission to verify these systems in the field in UK & Irish markets. This is mainly down to the controlled processes that are currently in place in AMCS.

Weighing solutions

AMCS provides MID type approved weighing system for installation on RCV and REL lifters, the AMCS dynamic weighing solution for both domestic and trade mode has obtained Y(a) and Y(b) type approval. The Weighing solution is designed for installation on both existing lifters and also factory fit. It uses the latest in harness design to ensure fast and easy installation while ensuring robust and reliable performance in the field. This combined with the AMCS propriety software application to configure/calibrate and diagnose the system makes for a system that is efficient to install and support.

In addition to the RCV & REL weighing solutions, AMCS also provides dynamic weighing solution for FEL (Front end loaders), using extensometers technology combined with powerful weighing algorithms ease of install as no load cells are required or modification to the forks means we can deliver an accurate easy to install solution which has all the added benefits of the support tools available on RCV & REL weighing solutions.

RFID solutions

AMCS RFID solutions can be combined with our weighing system for combined weighing and RFID identification on both RCV, REL & FL vehicles or can be installed as RFID only systems. We support both LF RFID and UHF RFID solutions as standard with option of HF solution if required. All our RFID solutions are designed with the same principles as we have applied to our weighing solutions. We use the same harness design and the same software application for installation, configuration and diagnoses.
