We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead the delivery of software implementation projects across our portfolio which includes, mobile computing and communication software, back office software solutions and hosted environments, for customers in Germany.
This role involves close collaboration with customer management teams to ensure tailored, high-quality solutions for both existing and future clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical acumen, and a customer-focused mindset to drive successful project.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment.
Define project scope, manage risks, and maintain adaptable schedules and resource plans.
Provide consistent project documentation, reporting, and communication to stakeholders.
Act as the primary escalation point for project issues, resolving conflicts tactfully and efficiently.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Guide scoping and requirements gathering for new and ongoing projects.
Ensure project data and documentation meet internal standards and methodologies.
Support go-live activities and provide out-of-hours support when required.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience managing software implementation projects.
Strong understanding of SQL Server and Microsoft technology stack.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage customer-facing projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in fluent German and English
Experience in delivering technical consultancy or software solutions to external clients.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles and hosted environments.
Practical experience with databases, web services, and system integration.
Willingness to travel within Germany and work flexible hours, including on-call support.
Desirable Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Studies, or equivalent.
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
