The Attestation of Compliance is a formal, signed document issued following an independent assessment by a PCI-qualified security assessor. It confirms that AMCS Pay meets the requirements of PCI DSS v4.0.1, the current version of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. PCI DSS v4.0.1 is the global security standard that governs how organisations handling payment card data must protect that information. Developed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which was founded by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB, the standard sets technical and operational requirements for any entity that stores, processes, or transmits cardholder data.
This gives AMCS customers confidence that their payment transactions are processed through a PCI DSS validated platform environment. AMCS Pay centralises payment orchestration, providing embedded payment capabilities across multiple AMCS solutions. It also reduces exposure to data breaches, fraud, and compliance risk through one environment for billing, payment acceptance, and reconciliation. Beyond this Attestation of Compliance, AMCS has received SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports that validate our control environment, supporting our approach to delivering high levels of security for our customers.
