Limerick, Ireland/Ottawa, Ontario, Canada – October 31, 2023 - AMCS, a leading global supplier of integrated cloud-based software and vehicle technology for the environmental, utilities, waste, recycling, and resource industries, announced today that it has acquired FigBytes, creators of the leading Sustainability Platform for impact-focused organizations, for an undisclosed amount.

This is the second strategic move for AMCS in the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) space, following the acquisition of Quentic in June 2022. These recent acquisitions highlight the company’s commitment to invest globally in the environmental services industry. The strong market presence of FigBytes technology in North America is complementary to the presence AMCS has established in Europe.
