AMCS acquires Merchant Broker Inc. to develop its integrated B2B payment solutions for its customers globally

Limerick, Ireland/Toronto, Ontario, Canada – January 28th, 2022 – AMCS, the leader in Performance Sustainability, announced that it has acquired Merchant Broker Inc. Merchant Broker Inc. is a Canadian-based, fast-growing B2B-focused fintech providing medium to large customers and ISVs with the ability to make and accept payments. 

Following the acquisition, Merchant Brokers Inc. will be rebranded as AMCS Pay and will be integrated into the AMCS Platform. This integration will better meet the payment and software needs of AMCS' customers, which include major industry leaders across North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and beyond. Merchant Broker Inc.'s experienced leadership team created a comprehensive orchestration payment platform and a powerful card acquiring and issuing program. With effective distribution channels, they continue to drive significant transaction volumes and revenue growth for AMCS and its customers.
