AMCS Platform Winter Release 2022 Overview
We are proud to announce the launch of the AMCS Platform Winter 2022 Release, our third major release of 2022.
The main theme for this release is Building for change and innovation – transforming the user experience to drive agility, automation, and insights.
This release sees the launch of two new solutions; AMCS Extend and AMCS Fleet Maintenance.
This release sees a further realization of the transformation of the user experience and automation in areas such as invoice automation, payment fee charges, recycling inventory management and overfilled container tracking.
Key Themes in Winter 2022 Release:
- Transforming the customer experience by providing agility through a new extensibility framework to allow customers to design customizations independently with greater ease, choice, and flexibility.
- Transforming the customer productivity experience with increased automation with the launch of our new AMCS Fleet Maintenance that empowers customer to maximize fleet productivity, availability, and cost savings. There are also innovations to support enhanced automation of invoicing, payment processing fees and automated notifications.

We are delighted to launch AMCS Extend as part of the AMCS Platform ’22 release. All our product investments are designed to digitize, automate, transform and future proof business processes.
In this release we also launching our comprehensive AMCS Fleet Maintenance solution into new markets, empowering our customers to manage equipment, employees, workshops, and resources in real-time. In addition, our goal of transforming the customer experience through enhanced automation is realized with innovations in invoice automation, payment fee charges, recycling inventory management and overfilled container tracking.
Other Key Highlights of the Winter 2022 Release include:
- New audit trail capabilities to allow AMCS Platform Customer Service Representative users to readily view logs to see how, when, why, and by whom data was created or changed.
- Enhanced SMS message capability to allow the automatic scheduling of SMS messages based on an expended list of pre-defined triggers, including the ability to customize the SMS message using data from the customer and specific service. This new SMS message service is chargeable and includes a full message tracking and auditing service.
- New secondary pricing enhancements to allow drivers to readily add optional secondary charges on their in-cab mobile applications for extra work (e.g., site delays, extra services etc.).
- New Customer Portal capabilities including support for multiple payment providers (e.g., bank transfer and card payment providers), sharing of ad-hoc files with customers and an expanded ‘My Services’ area for residential customers.
