We're looking for an ESG Software Consultant as a self-motivated, organised and data-oriented team player who thrives in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environments. In this role, you'll lead impactful ESG software implementation projects.
Your enthusiasm for sustainable innovation, combined with your ability to navigate complex projects and collaborate across teams, will be key to delivering meaningful solutions that make a difference.
Your Responsibilities
Manage the complete Software Implementation of ESG data collection tool: discovery & mobilisation, system setup/configuration, Integration, Analytics, Training and Go Live.
Create customer specific project plan and be self-sufficient in the creation and maintenance of project schedules accommodating unique project requirements
Monitor and control project deliverables, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered with high quality, within budget, and on time
Hold status meetings and effectively and efficiently communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.
Deliver Customer Trainings and Workshops.
Knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks and other internationally recognised frameworks e.g CSRD/ESRS, CSDDD, GRI, UN Global Compact
Calculate Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG emission using methodologies based on GHG Protocol, SBTI , GLEC or ECG
Support customer conducting Double Materiality Assessments in ESG tool
Your Qualification
University degree in Sustainability Management, Environmental Sciences, Business, or a comparable field.
Strong experience with ESG-Software Reporting-Tools and experience working with BI Tools and Dashboards, Apps and Action Flows
Software consultancy experience in managing multiple large and complex projects, experience in managing all phases of a project
Knowledge of CSRD/ ESRS, EU-taxonomy regulation and of common standards and norms of the ESG area, such as GHG Protocol, ISO, CDP, SBTi, GRI, etc.
In depth experience building a GHG inventory , Scope 1 , 2 ,3 GHG emissions calculation methodologies of GHG Protocol and GLEC Framework.
Analytical and communication skills with a high degree of responsibility, commitment, and attention to details & Ability to quickly pick up a technical understanding of solutions
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build cross-functional relationships as well as proven leadership, presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent German and Englisch spoken & written language skills
