The Product Manager (Sustainability) is reporting to the Head of Product (ESG) of Quentic. The role will actively participate in designing & developing a global, innovative, future-proof and integrated Sustainability solution for corporate strategy, data management & ESG reporting. In this cross-functional position the role fosters an open-minded culture and plays a key role in advising & supporting the Head of Product in terms of vision, strategy and product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with global Product & Tech Teams in a cross-functional role connecting with all relevant departments such as Sales or Professional Services. Making use of synergies to drive product innovation and achieve product & organisational goals.
Management of product strategy and product initiatives, define and prioritise customer requirements and user stories for development of key features & roadmap.
Measures for controlling, monitoring and managing requirements. Point of contact for Tech Team guiding and evaluating feature design and deciding on implementation options.
Develop a profound understanding of requirements of customers, regulations & market to build vital & innovative products by developing visions & bringing concepts from ideas to delivery
Utilizing domain knowledge to drive product development & innovation by delivering insightful information about the continuously evolving sustainability space. Keeping track with respective regulations, sustainability reporting frameworks, scientific findings, technological developments, market & industry trends, best practices and competitor offerings.
Monitor the success of new product features, analysing their performance based on usability research & user feedback in collaboration with UX-Team.
Build positive relationships with internal & external stakeholders and work closely with clients and experts.
Requirements:
University degree in business, product management, sustainability, environmental management, or a related subject.
Proven experience in software product management, ideally B2B.
Experience in ESG or sustainability is preferred
Motivation and ability to stay on top of the fast development in the industry.
Fluent in English. German or other European languages are desirable.
Prior experience working in an international setting is preferred.
