about North East Bin Hire

Established in 2007 and based in Albury, NSW, North East Bin Hire (NEBH) has grown into a trusted waste management provider across the region. In 2020, business partners Tom Hogan and Shannon Miles took ownership of NEBH. Since then, the company has expanded its fleet and workforce, underpinned by a clear commitment to 3 core business pillars: delivering value to clients, maintaining strong business foundations, and supporting environmentally responsible practices.

Today, NEBH operates a fleet of 17 trucks and employs 26 staff members, managing operations across a wide geographic footprint – including satellite yards in Wangaratta and Yarrawonga – improving productivity and reducing travel time. Its customer base continues to grow as the company deepens its operational efficiency and service quality.

We’ve taken a massive digital leap from managing reports manually in Excel on 1 computer to 17 tablets and 8 screens. Now, data flows directly from Wastedge. Before, we’d get calls about bins sitting idle for a year, tying up $15,000 in assets. Today, we can track assets and redeploy operations quickly, delivering real savings and a major boost in productivity.
