Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Operations Senior Analyst to drive digital transformation within our sales organisation. This role will play a crucial part in optimising sales performance through advanced data analysis, strategic tool deployment, and cross-functional collaboration, supporting key business decisions and delivering actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the adoption and rollout of digital sales tools including Anaplan and Power BI to enhance scenario planning and drive data-driven decision-making.
Partner with senior leadership teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to develop and visually communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards, and trend analyses that accurately reflect business performance against targets.
Support continuous Salesforce alignment and optimisation initiatives, collaborating closely with IT, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure seamless CRM integration and data integrity.
Conduct in-depth analysis of sales processes and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational efficiencies.
Provide dedicated analytical and planning support to the APAC sales team, ensuring regional alignment with global strategies.
Develop and maintain dynamic data models to facilitate the annual sales budgeting and forecasting process, working jointly with sales leadership and finance partners.
Manage various ad hoc projects that support strategic business objectives and enhance sales operations capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven expertise in Anaplan for planning and scenario modelling.
Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM systems and sales operations processes.
Advanced skills in Excel, with the ability to manipulate large datasets and build complex models.
Excellent analytical abilities combined with strong commercial acumen and business reasoning.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting insights to senior leadership.
Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, particularly Power BI, to create clear and actionable reports and dashboards.
Familiarity with SaaS business models and sales environments.
Background in finance, sales operations, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline preferred.
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
