Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.

  • Ensure full compliance with local labour laws and regulations through accurate documentation and record-keeping.

  • Prepare and manage HR-related documents such as employment contracts, role changes, job references, and termination paperwork.

  • Collaborate with team members to optimise HR processes and drive operational efficiency.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring timely and precise execution of tasks.

  • Effectively prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR operations and propose actionable solutions.

  • Contribute to a positive team culture by actively engaging with colleagues and supporting shared goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in HR operations.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

  • Solid understanding of HR processes and documentation requirements in the Philippines.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, high-paced work setting.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Comfortable performing administrative duties and working with HR systems.

  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to work.

  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed.
