Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end HR operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
Ensure compliance with German labour laws and regulations by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Assist with the preparation and management of HR-related documentation including contracts, changes, job references and terminations.
Collaborate with team members to streamline HR processes and improve overall efficiency.
Support the HR department in various administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Proactively identify areas for improvement within HR operations and recommend solutions.
Foster a positive team dynamic by engaging with colleagues and contributing to team goals.
Requirements:
2/3 years' experience in HR
Fluency in German and excellent command of English (written and spoken) is essential.
Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role, with strong knowledge of German documentation and HR processes.
Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Comfortable handling administrative tasks and maintaining HR systems.
A strong team player who collaborates effectively with others and contributes to team success.
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently while seeking guidance when necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
