About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team, based in Cebu. In this role, you'll support the execution of global and regional digital marketing initiatives for a fast-paced B2B SaaS company. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage web content, SEO. support campaign execution, optimise user experiences, and contribute to performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Website & Landing Page Management:
Build, update, and maintain webpages in our CMS (Umbraco).
Support localisation of content across languages and regions.
Ensure pages are SEO-optimised and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Campaign Execution:
Assist in the setup and quality assurance of digital campaigns (search
engine ads, landing pages).
Coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure timely launches.
• Digital Projects Execution:
Support on Digital Marketing Projects and execute tasks such as
improving website UX/UI, implementing new CMS tools and webpage
split testing.
• Analytics & Reporting
Track and compile performance data for web, SEO, and paid campaigns.
Support the development of regular dashboards and insights for key
stakeholders.
•Digital Marketing Operations Support:
Manage ticket board, complete ticket requests from marketing teams and
project task tracking.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with design, content, product marketing, and field teams to execute
and improve digital programs.
Communicate project status and escalate issues as needed.
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS
environment.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco).
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMRush, or
similar.
• Good understanding of SEO, paid media, and digital lead generation.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Comfortable working across time zones with global teams
