Joining us as a Business Development Representative in our office Berlin (hybrid) you will grow, develop and qualify the sales pipeline and identify of new opportunities. You will be a part of the EMEA Sales Development Team and work with Regional Sales Managers, Field Marketing and the Global Marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach, leveraging market research and personalised messaging to uncover business needs and generate interest in support of AMCS Account Executives.

  • Qualify inbound leads using BANT criteria and schedule discovery calls.

  • Identify client needs and align them with AMCS solutions.

  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in target accounts such as Directors, VPs, and C-level executives.

  • Create structured outreach plans using email, phone, and social media to nurture leads over time and increase conversion rates.

  • Accurately document activities and lead progress in Salesforce.

  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to hand over qualified leads.

  • Share observations and data-driven insights with the marketing and sales teams to refine targeting strategies and improve lead generation efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in sales development within SaaS with good understanding of its dynamics.

  • Strong communication skills: verbal, written, listening, and presentation in German and English is essential.

  • Proven experience in cold-calling, prospecting, and lead qualification.

  • Ability to explain complex tech concepts to varied audiences.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive, hunter mindset.

  • Skilled in multitasking and attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Fluency in an additional language, aside from English and German.
