Maggie has been in the fleet industry for over 48 years. Her experience is in all areas of fleet and fuel management operations for both public and private fleets. Maggie joined the Dossier team 10 years ago as a Fleet Management Consultant and continues with the AMCS Group as they acquired Dossier Systems. She provides consulting, deployment, and training services to ensure success with the AMCS Fleet Maintenance system. She helps define the use of the system with the customers to manage all aspects of their fleet maintenance operations and provides custom training on the use of the system. This includes recommending system implementation and deployment strategies specific to industry best practices, current processes and procedures, system features, and reporting requirements. She is responsible for conducting database audits and provides solutions to issues identified. Maggie conducts seminars and workshops on fuel and fleet management and is a frequent guest speaker at National Industry Conferences and Expo Shows and has been published in industry trade magazines. In 2024, Maggie was recognized by FleetPros as an Honorary Lifetime Member.

Michael J. Fernandez is responsible for the County’s integrated waste management system that includes the collection and disposal of solid waste from more than 340,000 households, as well as the disposal needs for over 2.8 million County residents. Mr. Fernandez has held numerous senior level positions in the Department of Solid Waste Management to include Deputy Director of Waste Operations, Assistant Director of Disposal Operations and Senior Division Director. Michael was also the Past Director of the Collection & Transfer Technical Division for the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA).
