Role description: Location: Onsite Limerick - Commencement date January 4th 2027
The successful candidate will come from a Finance or Business course and will be chosen to work as part of the Sales Operations Team. The following job specification gives key responsibilities and requirements for both departments.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Intern at AMCS, you will have the opportunity to work in: Sales Operations Team
Assist in managing the sales forecasting process and provide ongoing operational support to sales teams.
Analyse current sales processes and data to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements that increase sales velocity and remove blockers.
Collaborate with sales management and cross-functional teams to ensure system compliance and streamlined processes.
Support the development and visual communication of key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards, dashboards, and trend reports to monitor performance against targets.
Help develop forecasting data models and identify trends to improve forecast accuracy within Salesforce CRM aligned with company KPIs.
Desired Skills & Experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High proficiency in numeracy and comfortable working with large and complex data sets.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Experience or familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, is an asset.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Self-starter able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
