  • Create account lists of prospect accounts against ICP's. 

  • Identify Leads/Contacts based on defined personas. 

  • Source contact details including telephone data and e-mail addresses. 

  • Import sourced leads/contacts to Salesforce and Salesloft 

  • Create Salesforce campaigns and custom redirects. 

  • Organize and help plan and execute SalesLoft cadences. 

  • Enrich Marketing Qualified Leads in Salesforce with missing information such as: 

o    Industry 

o    Sub-industry 

o    Titles 

o    States or provinces 

o    Any information that is currently missing that would support dynamic list pulls and segmentation.  

  • Conduct various data cleansing activities in Salesforce and SalesLoft.  

  • Clean and augment lists from marketing programs. Support the upload of lists into Pardot, Salesforce, SalesLoft 

  • Report on progress made against objectives to Manager Marketing Support 


  • Degree in business, marketing or related field. 

  • Proficient in MSFT Office  

  • Proficient in English   

  • Excellent communication skills  

  • Proficient in CRM software (SalesLoft and Salesforce preferred). 

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
