We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled Junior Implementation Specialist to assist with implementing software systems for our clients. To be successful as an Implementation Specialist, you need to work well as part of a team and have exceptional analytical, data and communication skills.

Responsibilities


As a member of an implementation team in the Professional Services department, your role will support client implementations including:


• Customizing software systems based on clients' individual needs and specifications as requested by the team

• Communicating with implementation team throughout the software configuration process to obtain feedback and approval

• Prioritize work effectively to adhere to project timelines


Requirements


The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in data management/Excel

• The ability to multitask effectively and remain organised

• Excellent communication skills

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Time management skills

Bonus skills/nice to have

• Passion for, and/or experience with, sustainability, environmental sciences, GHG accounting, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) frameworks.

• SQL knowledge
