Key Responsibilities

·         Lead clients through Discovery workshop structured sessions, both in-person and remotely.

·         This role works closely with customers and internal AMCS teams to successfully deploy AMCS solutions, maximise customer ROI and efficiency, and minimise risk.

·         Analyze, validate, and transform customer business processes and needs into functional and design specifications, influence change where necessary.

·         Responsible for understanding, comprehending, and supporting the scope of the project and can effectively communicate to both the client and PM when an out-of-scope item arises.

·         Guide and support customers through every stage of the implementation and post go-live.

·         Ensure a successful transition of new customers to the AMCS Global Support team.

·         Install, test, document and train customer super users and IT personnel on AMCS solutions.

·         Strong client negotiation and persuasion skills to educate and steer clients to best fit solutions.

·         Provide technical leadership throughout the project for the client and as an adviser to the Project Manager.

·         Responsible for providing best practice recommendations to clients for the workstreams in scope effectively.

·         Partner with project manager to contribute and collaborate on scope and identify scope creep that may occur.

·         Must possess critical thinking skills that meet both client business objectives and system requirements.

·         Identify and implement improvements on implementation processes, documents, tools, reports, etc.


Desired Skills and Abilities

·         Strong facilitation skills to lead clients through both training and Discovery sessions

·         4-6 years of hands-on implementation experience with Azure hosted enterprise applications

·         Drive consultative and collaborative sessions within the internal team and with the client

·         Proficiency in financial and accounting principles as well as transport and logistics operations would be beneficial

·         Clear and professional presentation and demonstration skills

·         Persuade and influence the client to drive long-term program success

·         Strong facilitation skills

·         Ability to deliver end user training
