  • Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, this role is critical to the development and growth of qualified leads and optimising the digital experiences of prospects and customers.

  • The successful candidate will be a passionate Senior Digital Marketing Manager with ability to shape a growing organisation's digital marketing capability. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead digital marketing campaigns and projects from concept to execution across a global market.  As well as  implement best-in-class, global marketing strategies.

  • We're looking for someone who can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. As well as collaborate effectively within the marketing department and across the business.

  • You will be a team player who proactively provides feedback and ideas on opportunities to increase leads and refine processes. You will also manage a Junior Marketing Manager who will support you in executing and completing digital marketing activities and projects.


  • Website Design and Development – co-ordinate the design and functionality of the company websites, working alongside partner web developers and web designers to improve the user experience online and increase leads.

  • SEO – responsible for managing our SEO partner ensuring that the website is easily found by the target audience. Optimizing website structure and content for search engines (SEO) and working with content writers to develop SEO-friendly blogs.

  • CRO - Responsible for converting website visits into sales leads, by making the online experience and journey as easy as possible and introducing clear call to actions.

Analyzing & Reporting

  • Creation and implementation of data and analytics strategies.

  • Measure and report performance of the company websites and assess against agreed goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies using this data

  • Experience implementing and working with marketing technology such as Salesforce and Pardot is a bonus.

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to manage Corporate Website and other marketing activities 

  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

  • Collaborate on Social Media strategy as a key stakeholder in global marketing team


  • BS/MS Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or a related field

  • 6 years+ proven working experience in a digital marketing role

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital marketing projects and campaigns such as; CRO, SEO, creating lead-driving webpages with designers and developers, managing 1-2 Digital, specialists, analysing data and reporting, developing strategies with KPIs and clear timelines.

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

  • Experience with CMS platforms e.g. Umbraco

  • Experience with common digital marketing tools e.g. SurveyMonkey,  SEMRush

  • Experience in an international role and team is an advantage

  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis

  • Self-motivated yet customer-focused and results orientated 

  • A team player who also is a self-starter and capable of managing large projects on their own

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. And enjoys keeping up to date with trends.
