  • Maintain and submit all required reports to management and government agencies such as DOLE, SSS and etc.

  • Comply with DOLE's health and safety environment guidelines.

  • Directly or in a supporting role in organising, scheduling, and overseeing company-related events.

  • Organize, oversee, and finalise confidential engagement and communication, contract work and various documents and secretarial duties including filing, renewal, gathering of signatures, and mailing.

  • Coordinating office maintenance, cleanliness, hygiene, employee services and first point contact with building management.

  • Establishes and maintains record keeping and filing systems.

  • Providing logistics support for office equipment local procurement, acquisition or importation.

  • Processing of purchase orders for related suppliers, reviewing and completion of expense reports and liquidation of cash advances, in compliance to company policies.

  • Facilitates and supports onboarding and offboarding of employees.

  • Support leadership, directly or indirectly on different projects and initiatives.


  • Experienced in Project Management

  • Advance skill in Excel and Microsoft Office application

  • Willing to work mid shift

  • Highly organised, a self-starter and works independently, preferably with multiple deliverables, simultaneously.

  • Critical thinker with adequate level of attention to detail, capable and reliable to notice data inaccuracies and or discrepancies.

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Can effectively collaborate with cross functional groups, link people and the organisation

  • Can inspire and motivate others, directly or indirectly

  • Can easily adopt to working with colleagues in different cultures
