AMCS delivers enterprise cloud-based software solutions for the waste and recycling industry worldwide supporting 2,650+ customers in 22 countries.

We currently have a requirement for a Product Business Analyst, based at our global HQ in Limerick, working as part of our Project Delivery team.

Job Specification – Responsibilities

·        Become expert in the use of the AMCS Enterprise Management product and its configuration within the waste management industry.

·        Gain a good understanding of the business use case(s) within the context of the customer’s business and wider industry best practices.

·        Closely work with AMCS Global product organisation to understand business requirements and translate them to functional requirements

·        Ability to use SQL DB to query the DB to understand the data structure and do impact analysis on system changes

·        Run and facilitate workshops along with the product team to document impact analysis, gap analysis, etc.,

·        Develop functional specifications and system design specifications both for commonly identified requirements and for specific client engagements.

·        Analyse client organisation processes against best in class, identify strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement.

·        Manage the client testing process to ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.

·        Work with product organisation personnel to identify required changes.

·        Assist in the facilitation of team and client meetings.

Person Specification – Profile

·        Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or equivalent.

·        3+ years’ experience in a similar role.

·        Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), especially with regards to providing information to clients.

·        Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Excellent documentation skills
