The successful solution architect analyses business needs, identifies tech/software solutions, and helps design a comprehensive plan for implementation.

They collaborate closely with various teams, such as developers, project managers, and consultants, to ensure effective implementation of the solution, achieving the organization's and customers' objectives.


Key tasks for solution architect include:

·         Analysing and understanding customer desired solution requirements

·         Advising potential technology solutions

·         Designing and planning the implementation of the chosen solution

·         Collaborating with various teams to ensure successful implementation

·         Providing product roadmap inputs

·         Evaluating the effectiveness of the solution and recommending necessary improvements / enhancements
