As a Process Administrator @ AMCS you will be responsible for;

·Generating work orders for scheduled work and assigning to field engineers.

·Processing all paperwork with work completed and carrying out internal and online filing as required.

·Ensuring process results are compliant with standards.

·Requesting & Managing receipt of customer Purchase Orders

·Generating and fulfilling customer Sales orders

·Maintain Customer database & generate weekly and monthly reports to management team.

·Maintaining all records in compliance with Legal requirements.

·Planning and scheduling of routine work with customers.

 

What you need to succeed?

·Good telephone manner & ability to clearly communicate

·Numeracy – strong understanding and capability to work with figures, percentages, currencies, formulas

·Very detailed orientated.

·Can work on own initiative or as part of team

·Experience in cross-functional teams


 IT Proficiency.

o  Proficient in both Word and Excel, (Qualifications in this area are an advantage).

o  Experienced with Mail program, ideally Outlook, coupled with use of Skype or similar.

o  Proficiency with PowerPoint is advantageous, but not essential
