AMCS IT Information Systems team are seeking to hire a NetSuite developer/systems admin. whose responsibilities will focus on helping align our NetSuite ERP system with business goals though process improvements and enhancing NetSuite using SuiteScript, workflows and 3rd Party tools & applications.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and test customisations, custom objects, and new functionality based on our evolving business needs.

  • Facilitate the creation and testing of future state business processes and script/workflow development.

  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business processes centred on the NetSuite platform.

  • Customise NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports dashboards, saved searches, scripts and workflows.

  • SuiteScript 2.0, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk development for new customisations as well as updates and modifications to existing scripts based on our evolving business needs.

· Provide best practice development and SDLC process guidance.

  • Review overall system performance and map out how improved scripting. Workflows can contribute to improving overall system performance and scalability.

  • Work alongside IT to implement process improvements with systematic solutions.

  • Able to understand articulate and document needed customisation, reports and capabilities.

  • Detect, define and debug programs whenever problems are reported or encountered.

  • Produce the required analysis and application, either individually or by actively participating in development process. Produce design specification documents.


Qualifications+

  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in software development, computer science, or other related fields

  • 3+ years of experience with NetSuite administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations.

  • 3+ years of experience developing and managing NetSuite ERP.

  • 3+ years of experience in SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteCloud, SuiteAnalytics, Advanced PDF.

  • Strong NetSuite Suitescript development experience and Netsuite SuiteCloud Developer

· Framework experience highly desired, including development of new customizations as well as updates and modifications to existing scripts. Analysis of business processes to recommend scripted optimizations/improvements.

  • Strong experience in NetSuite Suite Bundler, NetSuite Suite Flow Customization, building new custom objects and NetSuite Administration (mid-level to understand the impact).

  • Understanding of Java script, structured query language (PL/SQL), relational database design, and stored procedure development with Oracle and MS SQL Server

  • Solid knowledge of NetSuite financial modules including AP/AR, SuiteProjects, SuiteBilling.

  • Ability to manage projects and work closely with business stakeholders

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

  • Solid knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle Management

  • Preferred Certifications (but not required): NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer II, Administrator, ERP Consultant.

  • Proficient in English. Both written and oral.
