We have an amazing opportunity for an Automation QA Lead to join our global team in our office in Cebu City, Philippines.
QA Lead Responsibilities
·Provides Quality Governance across the teams in the unit ensuring all deliveries meet agreed release quality criteria.
·Responsible for all QA activities within the Product Unit (Test, Automation and Performance)
·Ensure all deliveries meet defined quality criteria through test planning, execution and issue tracking.
·Responsible for the creation and execution of release test plans, partners with Head of QA to plan pre-release QA activities, ensuring all teams have sufficient time in plan to meet release quality criteria.
·Co-ordinates testing across teams, and addresses quality issues and escalations within the product unit.
·Prioritizes automation activities within feature teams, actively drives priority to ensure CI/CD goals are being met.
·Works with stakeholders to identify and deliver quality improvement initiatives as part of a Continuous Quality Improvement program.
·Measures product unit quality via KPIs, creates and maintains quality dashboards to determine quality trends and measure quality improvements.
·Ensures corrective actions are implemented for quality escapes to prevent recurrence of issues and improve overall quality processes.
Qualifications / Experience:
·This is a leadership position – we need an experienced person with ideally 10+ years in a software development environment.
·Excellent communication, co-ordination, and command skills.
·Expertise in quality lifecycle and software development quality processes
·Expertise with software quality automation frameworks, and supporting devops infrastructure
·Experience of agile at scale, and CI/CD best practice.
