Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will:
Collaborate with a global team of experienced engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions for the waste and recycling industry.
Work on a variety of projects across different technologies and platforms, gaining exposure to a breadth of skills including software development, database management, and system integration.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of existing software products to meet evolving customer needs and industry standards.
Learn and apply best practices in software engineering, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing methodologies.
Actively engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities to expand your technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, both locally and with international colleagues.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
